TPEP防腐(fu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)具有良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)能(neng),一(yi)般情況下普通(tong)水(shui)水(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道口徑大(da),一(yi)旦發(fa)生爆管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)或漏(lou)水(shui)事故,浪費(fei)大(da), 給居(ju)民造成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影響大(da),182考(kao)慮管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)及承壓能(neng)力,及連(lian)接的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)。對自來水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準已靠(kao)(kao)近國際標準,居(ju)民對供(gong)水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求也越(yue)來越(yue)高,內涂層(ceng)(ceng)為(wei)飲用(yong)水(shui)級別(bie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,防止發(fa)生二(er)次(ci)污(wu)染供(gong)水(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)投入運行費(fei)用(yong)是耗電,線路長,降低管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網(wang)運行耗能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)因素,優先選用(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道粗(cu)糙系數小的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)。3278管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)造價(jia)要從全(quan)周期的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)角度綜合考(kao)慮,不(bu)僅要考(kao)慮管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)費(fei)用(yong),還要考(kao)慮管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安裝施工,其(qi)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)運行費(fei)用(yong)以及使用(yong)壽命。因此TPEP防腐(fu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)首選。熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)包復,由于環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉末涂層(ceng)(ceng)、鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)膠層(ceng)(ceng)和熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)聚(ju)乙烯層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)膨脹系數不(bu)同,所以,即(ji)使熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)施工質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)很(hen)(hen)好,也會隨(sui)著管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道使用(yong)年限的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增加,冬夏的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)交(jiao)替,使熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)和環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉末涂層(ceng)(ceng)產生分離,1756優其(qi)是熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)邊緣(yuan)處。為(wei)確(que)保補口質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang),最好采用(yong)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)結(jie)構熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao),即(ji)在鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上先涂刷一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)無(wu)溶劑液(ye)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)底(di)(di)漆(qi)(qi),等(deng)底(di)(di)漆(qi)(qi)表干后(hou)再包復熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)。這樣無(wu)溶劑液(ye)態(tai)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)底(di)(di)漆(qi)(qi)與鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)體環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉末層(ceng)(ceng)有很(hen)(hen)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)粘結(jie)力,與熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)也有較(jiao)(jiao)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)粘結(jie)力。采用(yong)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)結(jie)構熱(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)縮(suo)套(tao)(tao)補口,質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)容易保證,但施工工藝較(jiao)(jiao)復雜,造價(jia)較(jiao)(jiao)高。TPEP防腐(fu)(fu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)機理(li):金(jin)屬(shu)被腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)是由(you)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)的(de)不同,金(jin)屬(shu)發生(sheng)(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)(hua)學反(fan)應(ying)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)較低的(de)部位(wei)(wei)容易失去電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi),182形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)陽極(ji);電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)較高的(de)部位(wei)(wei)得(de)到電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)陰(yin)極(ji)。在O2和(he)H2O存在的(de)情況下(xia),Fe(OH)2生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)水(shui)(shui)合(he)(he)氧化(hua)(hua)鐵(俗稱之鐵銹),它是一種疏(shu)松物質,浮(fu)在鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵表面,無(wu)保(bao)護作(zuo)用,金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)陽極(ji)化(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying)可繼續進,即產生(sheng)(sheng)腐(fu)(fu)蝕(shi)持續發展,使(shi)油(you)氣管(guan)道(dao)表面出(chu)現凹穴,甚至穿孔。3278TPEP防腐(fu)(fu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)采用雙組分常溫(wen)(wen)固化(hua)(hua)型的(de)涂料,在鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)表面上由(you)玻(bo)璃(li)(li)布(bu)(bu)(bu)作(zuo)為(wei)加強(qiang)(qiang)涂敷(fu)而成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)防腐(fu)(fu)。可用于(yu)埋地或(huo)水(shui)(shui)下(xia)的(de)輸油(you)、輸氣、輸水(shui)(shui)、熱力管(guan)道(dao)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)防腐(fu)(fu),也(ye)適用于(yu)各類鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)結構、碼頭(tou)、船舶(bo)、水(shui)(shui)閘、煤氣儲罐、煉油(you)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)廠設備防腐(fu)(fu)及污水(shui)(shui)池、樓(lou)頂(ding)防水(shui)(shui)層、地下(xia)室混凝土(tu)層的(de)防滲漏。在管(guan)道(dao)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)涂刷中,與玻(bo)璃(li)(li)纖維(wei)布(bu)(bu)(bu)包扎配套使(shi)用,成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)加強(qiang)(qiang)級(ji)或(huo)特(te)加強(qiang)(qiang)級(ji)涂層,防腐(fu)(fu)性(xing)(xing)能優(you)(you)異。1756三布(bu)(bu)(bu)四油(you)防腐(fu)(fu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)是由(you)涂料與玻(bo)璃(li)(li)纖維(wei)布(bu)(bu)(bu)復合(he)(he)使(shi)用,這樣使(shi)用可增強(qiang)(qiang)防腐(fu)(fu)層的(de)機械性(xing)(xing)能。三布(bu)(bu)(bu)四油(you)具(ju)有(you)優(you)(you)異的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)絕緣(yuan)性(xing)(xing)、抗水(shui)(shui)滲透性(xing)(xing)、抗微生(sheng)(sheng)物侵蝕(shi)、抗雜散電(dian)(dian)(dian)流、耐熱、耐溫(wen)(wen)差驟變等優(you)(you)良性(xing)(xing)能。
TPEP防腐鋼(gang)管采用雙組分常溫固化型的涂料,在鋼(gang)管表面(mian)上由玻璃布作為加強涂敷而(er)成的防腐。可用(yong)于(yu)埋地(di)或水下(xia)的(de)輸油(you)、輸氣、輸水、熱力管道(dao)的(de)外壁防(fang)腐,也適用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)類鋼(gang)結構(gou)、碼(ma)頭、船舶、水閘、煤氣儲罐(guan)、煉油(you)化工廠設備防(fang)腐及污水池、樓頂防(fang)水層、地(di)下(xia)室混凝土層的(de)防(fang)滲漏。在管道(dao)外壁(bi)涂刷中,與玻璃纖維布包扎(zha)配套使用,成為(wei)加強級(ji)(ji)或特加強級(ji)(ji)涂層,防腐性能優(you)異。三(san)布四(si)油防腐鋼管是由涂料與玻璃纖維布復合使用,這樣使用可增(zeng)強防腐層的(de)機械性能。三布四油具有優異的電絕緣性(xing)、抗水滲透性(xing)、抗微(wei)生物侵蝕、抗雜散電流、耐(nai)(nai)熱、耐(nai)(nai)溫差驟變(bian)等優良(liang)性(xing)能(neng)。TPTP防腐鋼(gang)管底(di)層(ceng)是環(huan)氧樹脂、中間(jian)層(ceng)膠黏劑、外層(ceng)聚乙烯形(xing)成的三層(ceng)結(jie)構(gou)為一體(ti)的防腐層(ceng),內壁采用(yong)熱噴涂(tu)環(huan)氧粉(fen)末防腐,粉(fen)末經高溫加(jia)熱熔結(jie)涂(tu)敷在管體(ti)表面上,形(xing)成鋼(gang)塑合(he)金層(ceng)。熔結(jie)(jie)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)鋼管分為兩種(單(dan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)),相比較(jiao)而(er)言(yan)雙(shuang)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)是(shi)最為理想的防腐(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),施工原(yuan)理是(shi)指采用單(dan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)熔結(jie)(jie)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)作(zuo)為底(di)涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),采用改(gai)性熔結(jie)(jie)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)作(zuo)為外防護層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),使(shi)防腐(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)性能顯(xian)著提(ti)升,達(da)到(dao)了(le)高(gao)溫抗(kang)滲(shen)透性、耐高(gao)溫性能和抗(kang)沖擊力的要求,保(bao)留了(le)單(dan)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)熔結(jie)(jie)環(huan)(huan)氧(yang)(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)防腐(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)與(yu)陰極保(bao)護的相容(rong)性能。
TPEP防(fang)(fang)腐(fu)鋼管(guan)外(wai)壁采用(yong)(yong)熱(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)結(jie)(jie)纏繞(rao)工(gong)藝底層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)環(huan)氧(yang)樹脂、中間層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)膠黏劑(ji)(ji)、外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)形(xing)成三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)結(jie)(jie)構的(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)腐(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),內壁采用(yong)(yong)熱(re)噴涂(tu)環(huan)氧(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)防(fang)(fang)腐(fu)方式,182將粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)經高溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)結(jie)(jie)后均勻地(di)涂(tu)敷在(zai)(zai)管(guan)體(ti)表面(mian)上,極(ji)大提高了(le)涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)附著力(li)及涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)厚(hou)度,施工(gong)時(shi)管(guan)身(shen)應置于(yu)(yu)較好的(de)(de)地(di)基上,沿管(guan)線每10~20m設(she)置伸(shen)縮縫(feng),防(fang)(fang)滲結(jie)(jie)構在(zai)(zai)與(yu)管(guan)道(dao)接(jie)(jie)合(he)處要(yao)適當加(jia)厚(hou),管(guan)外(wai)回(hui)填1~2m厚(hou)的(de)(de)不(bu)透(tou)水土(tu)料(liao),以防(fang)(fang)止由于(yu)(yu)溫(wen)度變化(hua)和(he)地(di)基不(bu)均勻沉降導致(zhi)管(guan)身(shen)斷裂或產生(sheng)(sheng)裂縫(feng)及在(zai)(zai)管(guan)身(shen)與(yu)壩體(ti)之間產生(sheng)(sheng)集中滲流等(deng)缺陷。三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)TPEP涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)越性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)主要(yao)是由于(yu)(yu)它將底層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)環(huan)氧(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)、3278中間層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)粘(zhan)接(jie)(jie)劑(ji)(ji)和(he)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)有機地(di)結(jie)(jie)合(he)成了(le)一個(ge)(ge)整體(ti),從而使該(gai)涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)具有熔(rong)(rong)(rong)結(jie)(jie)環(huan)氧(yang)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(FBE)涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)和(he)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)涂(tu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)優點。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)結(jie)(jie)環(huan)氧(yang)通(tong)過(guo)其活性(xing)(xing)基團與(yu)鋼管(guan)表面(mian)活化(hua)離(li)子(zi)作用(yong)(yong)形(xing)成離(li)子(zi)鍵以及物(wu)理嵌合(he)力(li),使之牢(lao)固粘(zhan)附在(zai)(zai)金屬基體(ti)表面(mian)。由聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)改(gai)性(xing)(xing)制得(de)共(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)粘(zhan)接(jie)(jie)劑(ji)(ji),不(bu)僅(jin)具有與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)結(jie)(jie)環(huan)氧(yang)經化(hua)學反應形(xing)成共(gong)價鍵(酯鍵)的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li),而且通(tong)過(guo)接(jie)(jie)枝改(gai)性(xing)(xing),破壞(huai)了(le)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)電子(zi)偶極(ji)平衡,1756使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)結(jie)(jie)環(huan)氧(yang)與(yu)共(gong)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)物(wu)分(fen)(fen)子(zi)間范德華力(li)增(zeng)強(qiang),有效提高了(le)兩者界面(mian)間粘(zhan)接(jie)(jie)強(qiang)度。且同(tong)時(shi)并(bing)未(wei)改(gai)變中間層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)粘(zhan)接(jie)(jie)劑(ji)(ji)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)性(xing)(xing)征(zheng),在(zai)(zai)達到成型溫(wen)度時(shi),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)融的(de)(de)中間層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)粘(zhan)接(jie)(jie)劑(ji)(ji)和(he)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)聚(ju)(ju)(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)(xi)(xi)在(zai)(zai)一定的(de)(de)外(wai)加(jia)壓力(li)下分(fen)(fen)子(zi)間會相互滲透(tou)、相互纏繞(rao),冷(leng)卻時(shi)結(jie)(jie)晶(jing)、硬(ying)化(hua),而且兩者的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)子(zi)能(neng)(neng)夠共(gong)結(jie)(jie)晶(jing),因此兩層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)間能(neng)(neng)夠完全結(jie)(jie)合(he)成一體(ti),不(bu)會有分(fen)(fen)離(li)的(de)(de)界面(mian),使三(san)種(zhong)材(cai)料(liao)結(jie)(jie)合(he)形(xing)成一個(ge)(ge)完整的(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)腐(fu)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)。

TPEP防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)母(mu)材(cai)包括螺旋(xuan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),直縫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),無縫管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等,在(zai)我國(guo)廣泛應用(yong)于石油、化(hua)(hua)工、天然氣、熱(re)力、污水(shui)處理、水(shui)源(yuan)、橋梁、鋼(gang)結構,海洋輸(shu)水(shui)打(da)樁等管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)工程領域。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)在(zai)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作環境中(zhong)使(shi)用(yong),為(wei)減(jian)緩或防(fang)(fang)(fang)止管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)在(zai)外(wai)(wai)(wai)介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)學(xue)、電化(hua)(hua)學(xue)作用(yong)下或由(you)(you)微生(sheng)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)代謝活動而被侵蝕和變質在(zai)其外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁上涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)2層或3層聚乙烯以達到管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu),3pe防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)延長(chang)3-5倍(bei)。3PE防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)指3層結構聚烯烴涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)層外(wai)(wai)(wai)防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),是(shi)國(guo)內常用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)。一(yi)般指的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)。實(shi)際操作中(zhong)將三種材(cai)料混合融為(wei)一(yi)體(ti),經(jing)過(guo)加(jia)工使(shi)之與鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)牢(lao)固結合形成優良的(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)(fang)腐(fu)層。其加(jia)工方(fang)式(shi)一(yi)般分(fen)纏繞式(shi)和圓模包覆式(shi)兩種。九十(shi)(shi)年代后(hou)期,在(zai)國(guo)內最早由(you)(you)北(bei)京波羅努(nu)斯(si)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)設備有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司會(hui)同北(bei)京鋼(gang)鐵設計研(yan)究總(zong)院的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)關專家分(fen)析了鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擦(ca)傷問題。當時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擦(ca)傷主要(yao)表現(xian)為(wei)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)表面(mian)寬40毫米兩條(tiao)縱(zong)向(xiang)全長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)擦(ca)傷。針對當時(shi)引(yin)進(jin)國(guo)外(wai)(wai)(wai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)生(sheng)產(chan)線采用(yong)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)前(qian)后(hou)輥(gun)(gun)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送,而且淋涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)箱中(zhong)部(bu)也安裝(zhuang)輥(gun)(gun)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計,雙方(fang)提出涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)前(qian)部(bu)輥(gun)(gun)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)后(hou)部(bu)采用(yong)同步鏈條(tiao)輸(shu)送的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳輸(shu)方(fang)式(shi)進(jin)行無氣噴涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)術方(fang)案(an)。這(zhe)一(yi)方(fang)案(an)在(zai)二十(shi)(shi)一(yi)世紀初,由(you)(you)北(bei)京波羅努(nu)斯(si)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)設備有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司在(zai)大慶總(zong)機械(xie)廠油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)分(fen)廠實(shi)現(xian),并投入生(sheng)產(chan)應用(yong)。通(tong)過(guo)實(shi)際應用(yong)證明,此工藝可有(you)(you)效防(fang)(fang)(fang)止鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)縱(zong)向(xiang)擦(ca)傷,涂(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)裝(zhuang)后(hou)只存在(zai)間隔600毫米分(fen)布的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩小點齒印,加上(shang)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)料本身的(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)愈性,所(suo)以(yi)形成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)涂(tu)(tu)(tu)膜宏(hong)觀完整(zheng),用戶反映很好。進(jin)(jin)一步改進(jin)(jin)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝,使鋼管始終與(yu)鏈(lian)條的(de)(de)(de)(de)“V”形齒局部接觸,而且前后(hou)鏈(lian)條同(tong)步運動,保證了噴涂(tu)(tu)(tu)表(biao)面(mian)與(yu)支點之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)小接觸,避免了輥道輸送條狀(zhuang)擦(ca)傷的(de)(de)(de)(de)弊病,涂(tu)(tu)(tu)膜美觀完整(zheng)。目(mu)前該技術(shu)水平(ping)無論在國際還是國內在當前也是比(bi)較(jiao)先進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。該技術(shu)不但先進(jin)(jin)而且成(cheng)熟,已經在國內13條自(zi)動涂(tu)(tu)(tu)油線上(shang)得(de)到驗(yan)證。至于(yu)螺(luo)旋帶狀(zhuang)擦(ca)傷的(de)(de)(de)(de)防止(zhi)非(fei)常簡單,去掉螺(luo)旋輸送改為此(ci)辦法即可。
